The short version: We collect only what we need to answer your inquiry and run your rental. We never sell your information.
What we collect
- Inquiry form: your names, wedding date, venue and town, email address, and anything you write in “what are you picturing?” This arrives by email so we can reply to you personally.
- Questionnaire: if you book with us, the details you send back (your story, wedding party, vendor credits, photos) become your newspaper. Nothing prints without your approval.
- Website analytics: this site uses Google Analytics, which collects anonymous usage data through cookies (pages visited, device type, approximate location). It helps us understand what visitors find useful.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and hold your date.
- To design, print, and deliver your newspaper and rental.
- To improve the website.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- We share it only with the services required to operate (for example, our email provider to deliver messages, and Google Analytics as described above).
Cookies
You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site still works; analytics simply will not count your visit.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to serve you, then deleted on request. Booking records are kept for normal business accounting.
Your rights
Email hello@newlypost.com any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us. We will take care of it promptly.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
